Robert May is a U.S.-trained and licensed (Washington, D.C. and Florida) international business lawyer who has been practicing at the highest levels of international business for nearly two decades, primarily in the United States and Latin America. Mr. May heads the firm’s international corporate and M&A divisions.
Working closely in conjunction with boards of directors and head office legal departments, Mr. May serves as corporate secretary to a number of Mexican companies and multinational subsidiaries to ensure proper corporate oversight and compliance with Mexican corporate laws. Mr. May has lectured in the United States, Brazil and Mexico at law schools, bar associations and business groups on subjects ranging from director liability in Mexico to how to effectively protect your company’s interests in international transactions.
